2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged/defective or missing item, please contact us immediately. We need an unboxing video for any return or replacement of the product. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process a replacement.

  1. 1. Return will be accepted within 2 days of delivery.
    2. All the Approved refund under the refund policy will be credited within 5-7 business working days.
    3. All the approved replacement of damage and defective product will be delivered within 15 business working days.

3.Missing or Lost Packages

If your order tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately . We will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier to investigate. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but not received.
